KNOWING COSMORAMA – by Huberto Rohden
Fully recovered from the incident of the "sinking" and fully
aware and risen, Rohden started to be more and more familiar with the clean and
decontaminated atmosphere of Cosmorama.
On a bright afternoon, with her friend Iris, he went for a
walk around the beach bordering a dense forest when... "Indescribable was my
fright when silently emerged from the gloom of the forest, a huge tiger head. I
let out an involuntary cry of terror and I hid behind a tree trunk. Iris laughed
heartily of my fear, and to prove that there was no reason for it, she put her
arm around its fluffy neck, did pat it and offered the rest of her lunch. She
asked me to come near to such a beast and to caress the king of the forest,
which I did with some reluctance, and found that my "positive aura" had
prevailed over the "negative aura", the contrary, the tiger did not would have
regarded me as a friend.
Yet, on that afternoon, I had repeated opportunity to see that
does not exist "wild animals"; there exist only "wild man". "Wild man" is the
sensorial mental man, not yet rationalized by the spirit. It is this specimen
that prevails between us civilized human beings on Earth.
In prehistoric times, before man woke up his dormant
intellect, hostility didn't exist between the world of man and the world of
animals. After the awakening of the intellect, man started to divorce from
Nature - and thus originated a state of belligerence, either latent or evident,
that stands today between man and nature. Intellectual man is tyrannical and
exploit Nature, enslaved it, an attitude that compels Nature to respond with
hostility, implicitly or explicitly.
But, when man, from the mere intellectual level, ascends to
the heights of the rationality of the spirit, disappears the hostility between
him and Nature, because on this level reigns Universal Harmony: a creature fully
tuned with the Creator cannot fail to be naturally attuned to all other
creatures of God who are in harmony with the supreme cause of the Universe. In
this supreme degree of evolution, man simply give up to be a slave of Nature,
like the unconscious man, and no longer enslaves it, just as man intellectually
conscious: becoming instead friend and ally of Nature, reason why Nature feels
man like its "older brother" and opens spontaneously its intimate recesses and
its mysterious forces, putting them at the disposal of man cheerfully deified,
in the instinctive certainty that a being fully harmonized with the Creator is
unable to abuse the creatures of God, because every abuse is the offspring of
selfishness, but in the Cosmic Man plenty of reason, selfishness is definitely
overcome by love.
We spent all that afternoon to live deliciously with Nature
and to talk about the relationship between Nature and man. I left this tour
richer than if I had read an entire library..."
